Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Old Remians Welfare Association (ORWA) operates as a non-profit alumni welfare association. Please review the refund guidelines below:
Membership Dues & Endowments
Annual subscriptions and lifetime membership endowment payments are non-refundable once processed, as funds are allocated to welfare activities and member services.
Event & Gala Tickets
Event registrations and guest passes are generally non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event date. Written requests submitted prior to the deadline may be considered by the organizing committee on a case-by-case basis.
Donations & Relief Contributions
Donations made to the Aid & Support fund, Zakat, or medical emergency relief are irrevocable gifts to humanitarian causes.
